WORCESTER, MASS., (February 20, 2024) – Table Talk celebrates the grand opening of The Pie Store at the Worcester Public Market on Green Street in the canal district. The store features Table Talk’s perfectly imperfect dessert- and snack-sized pies as well as popular Table Talk merchandise. Additionally, for the first time in the company’s 100-year history, the store will offer crumb cakes in varieties including blueberry, cinnamon, and New York style. The Pie Store closed its location at 153 Green Street in October 2022 and temporarily relocated to 65 Green Street. This permanent move to Worcester Public Market is a sort of homecoming to the store’s original location near legendary Kelley Square.

“As one of Worcester’s beloved food institutions, it only felt right to move the Table Talk Pie Store to the city’s newest and best food scene,” said Isaac Long, president of Table Talk. “Our home in the Public Market is the perfect place to celebrate our upcoming 100-year anniversary, and to serve new and long-time customers in such a vibrant and happening location.”

The Worcester Public Market is a European-styled food-oriented marketplace featuring foods and merchandise from around the world. It also is home to the popular Wachusett Brew Yard, and is adjacent to the restaurants, bars, and retail shops that make up the historic canal district neighborhood.
